The AstraZeneca vaccine donated by former Interior secretary Mar Roxas and the Gerry Roxas Foundation for the people of Roxas City was received by Capiz First District Cong. Emmanuel Billones, Roxas City Mayor Ronnie Dadivas, and City Health Officer Dr. Lory Cahilog at the city hall grounds on October 28.
