Twin Hearts Residences holds topping off ceremony

PUEBLO de Panay, Inc. (PDP) owner and developer of 670-hectare Pueblo de Panay Township held a topping off ceremony for its latest condominium project, Twin Hearts Residences (THR), recently.

The event marked the 100 percent structural completion of the building, which is already nearly sold out.

In building construction, “topping off ”’ (also referred to “topping out”) is traditionally held when the last beam (or its equivalent) is placed atop a structure during its construction. Nowadays, it has since come to mean, more generally, as “finishing the structure of a building.
