Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late NOE A. PONSARAN who died on November
7, 2023 at Capiz Doctors Hospital, Roxas City, Capiz and ALICIA RUTO who died on November 1, 1994 at St. Anthony College Hospital, Roxas City, Capiz, respectively, was left the following properties: Lot 13- B, covered by TCT No. T-14108, containing an area of 312 sq.m., more or less; Lot No. 2155, covered by TCT No. T-27197 containing an area of 4,296 sqm., more or less and Lot 2153-B-3, covered by TCT No. T-44718 with an area of 944 sq.m., more or less all are situated in Roxas City. That the parties have agreed
to adjudicate unto themselves the above-describe properties their share equally with Extra-Judicial Settlement of Estate executed by the parties on December 21, 2023, acknowledging under notarial registry of Atty. Marcelo Augusto A. Cosgayon a notary public for the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz as per Doc. No. 285; Page No. 58; Book No. ; Series of 2023.
